Fees and Rental Conditions:
- 1/2 of total rental fee due upon reservation. Remaining 1/2, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and tax due 30 days prior to rental. Contact us for our cancellation policy.
- Payment can be made using a check or Venmo. If you’d rather use a credit card, you can book using AirBnB. Please note that they do charge booking fees.
- Tax Rate 9%
- We cannot currently accept pets (sorry!) or smokers. Please be aware that our two cats travel to the house with us in the summer, so severely allergic guests may not be a good fit.
- Minimum age limit for renters is 25
